Meet The Team
Erin Rommel
Partner & Commercial Designer
Erin has been bringing our client's designs to fruition for 19 years. Her charisma and ability to hone in on a client's dream are what keep her highly recommended by our customers. Starting her career designing residential projects which eventually evolved into light commercial and leaseholds, to now being the lead Project Manager.

Kevin Jacques
Partner & Commercial Designer
During a career that spans 25 plus years, Kevin's roster of commercial projects include the Lloydminster Hyundai, Grande Prairie Mitsubishi, the concept for the Lloydminster Gold Horse Casino, and many more.
He has since also earned his Applied Science Technologist seal for Saskatchewan and has an Autodesk Performance Analysis Certificate.

Shari Klenk
Partner & Residential Designer
Shari has been with UCG for the last 16 years. She offers creative solutions to various projects including homes from 800 square feet in size all the way up to 5,000 square feet, and numerous Indigenous Arbors across Canada including the Northwest Territories, British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Shari's calm and collected attitude and passion for her work have not gone unnoticed. She was awarded the First Runner Up in the Light Commercial Category at the 2014 ICF Builders Awards for her work on the Musgrave Agencies building in Lloydminster.

Kim Procyshen
Partner & Residential Designer
Kim has been with UCG for 10 years, she has worked on various projects such as Lloyd Mall renovations, numerous custom and stock homes, as well as some light commercial.
Kim's dedication, patience, and creativity have benefited numerous clients over the years. She believes that design is a very personal process and works hard to gain the trust of her clients by listening to the custom needs and lifestyles of her clients and creating a personalized design for each and every project.

Meghan King
Commercial & Residential Designer
Meghan began her journey at UCG with a 2 month practicum in May of 2024 and quickly became a valued part of the team. She graduated from Lakeland College with a diploma in Interior Design Technology, since then she has been sharing her creative designs with both commercial and residential clients and builders.
Both Meghan's kindness and her modern design concepts set her apart.. UCG looks forward to seeing what she designs next.

Alissa Gagnon
Commercial & Residential Designer
Alissa graduated from Saskatchewan Polytechnic with a diploma in Architectural Technologies with a specialty in Interior Design. She joined the UCG team in May of 2022 with an an eagerness and quick to learn attitude. Since starting, Alissa has tackled custom homes, residential additions, complicated detail work, and has began taking charge of medium sized commercial projects in addition to lending a hand to our senior designers.
Alissa's willingness to learn and enthusiasm to take on any project you throw her way guarantees she will finish your project with a fresh perspective and attention to detail.
