Erin Rommel
Partner/ Interior Design Technologist/ Office Manager
Erin has been a cornerstone of UCG for over 23 years, currently serving as the Project Manager and playing a vital role in bringing our clients’ designs from concept to completion. With extensive experience in both design coordination and project management, Erin has overseen notable projects including the Lloydminster Medical Building, Frog Lake Head Start, and multiple cannabis retail locations across Western Canada.
As the organizational backbone of the office, Erin ensures projects run smoothly, timelines are met, and communication remains seamless between clients, consultants, and project teams. Her natural charisma, strong leadership, and exceptional ability to understand and refine a client’s vision have made her a trusted point of contact and a key reason UCG is so highly recommended by its clients.

Kevin Jacques
Partner & Commercial Designer
Kevin brings over 25 years of industry experience to UCG, with an impressive portfolio of commercial projects that includes Lloydminster Hyundai, Grande Prairie Mitsubishi, and the conceptual design for the Lloydminster Gold Horse Casino. Throughout his distinguished career, Kevin has demonstrated remarkable versatility, contributing to projects of all scales—from thoughtfully designed bungalows to complex commercial developments such as car dealerships and arena facilities. His breadth of experience, combined with a strong design sensibility, allows him to approach each project with creativity, confidence, and a deep understanding of both form and function.

Shari Klenk
Partner & Residential Designer
Shari has been a valued member of the UCG team for 20 years, bringing creativity, experience, and versatility to every project she undertakes. Her work spans a wide range of scales—from thoughtfully designed homes as small as 800 square feet to expansive residences up to 5,000 square feet. Shari has also contributed to numerous Indigenous Arbor projects across Canada, including in the Northwest Territories, British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. Most notably, she served as the lead designer for the St. Anthony’s Catholic Church addition here in Lloydminster.

Kim Procyshen
Partner/ Architectural & Interior Design Technologist
Kim earned her Diploma in Architectural and Interior Design Technologies from SIAST’s Moose Jaw campus in 2014 and has since built a reputation for thoughtful, client-centered design. Known for her dedication, patience, and creative problem-solving, Kim has successfully guided numerous clients through the design process over the years. She believes that great design is deeply personal and places a strong emphasis on building trust, listening carefully, and understanding each client’s unique needs and lifestyle. This collaborative approach allows her to create tailored, meaningful design solutions that are as functional as they are visually compelling—ensuring every project is truly one of a kind.

Meghan King
Commercial & Residential Designer
Meghan joined the UCG team in 2024 after graduating from the Lakeland College Interior Design Program and has quickly made a strong impression through her professionalism and client-focused approach. She brings exceptional organizational and communication skills, paired with a keen eye for detail and a thoughtful design sensibility. Since joining UCG, Meghan has contributed to a wide range of projects, including custom homes, complex renovations, and commercial interior design work. Her ability to balance creativity with precision allows her to support projects seamlessly while delivering designs that are both functional and refined.

Alissa Gagnon
Commercial & Residential Designer
Alissa brings a strong academic foundation and a driven, professional mindset to the UCG team. She holds a diploma in Architectural Technologies with a specialization in Interior Design from Saskatchewan Polytechnic and recently earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from Yorkville University. Since joining UCG in May 2022, Alissa has distinguished herself through her enthusiasm, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
Alissa has quickly built a diverse portfolio, contributing to custom homes, commercial renovations and leasehold improvements, as well as a wide range of residential and commercial interior design projects. Her ability to take on new challenges with confidence and attention to detail has made her a valuable and growing asset to the team.
